eating disorders are fucking insidious because even though i feel like im mostly over these issues as im not as bad i used to be and routinely allow myself to eat junk food, i didnt even fucking notice that ive been barely eating around 600kcal per day and weighing myself twice a day on average until it miraculously clicked today like. when will i not be a major dumbass @my brain pls explain

I worked harder on this music than I have ever worked on anything and I have never been this proud of anything in my life, I wrote everything. Made sure each song was exactly how I heard it in my head. It was hard, no one understood what I was trying to do. It took 3 years but finally….it came together
